KNITTING PATTERNS

When you purchase a knitting pattern from LilleMiriam AS, you will shortly receive an order confirmation by email. It contains a link to a PDF file with the pattern. We recommend that you download and save the PDF file on your own device or computer. The patterns are for private use and should not be shared, copied or resold. The patterns are not sent by post.

Right of withdrawal on knitting patterns

You as the customer are responsible for adding the correct product to your shopping cart when making a purchase. You do not have the right to cancel PDF files purchased from the website.

OPEN PURCHASE AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION WHEN PURCHASING YARN

You have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. Returns are subject to the condition that the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return of physical goods

If you wish to return the item in accordance with our terms of purchase, please mark which products you wish to return on the packing slip you received with the package, pack the yarn carefully and send it to LilleMiriam AS v/Anniken Hansen, Festeveien 4A, 1525 Moss. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and that we receive the package. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the return has been received and processed. The money will be available on your card/paypal account within 3-5 business days.

Complaints about physical goods

If you find any errors or defects in the item you have received, please send an email within 30 days. The email must contain a brief description of what is wrong with the item, as well as your personal information and order number. You will be sent a complaint form that must be filled out and sent in the mail together with the item. You will receive an email as soon as we have received and processed the complaint. You can choose whether you want a new item, this may need to be informed in the email so we can check stock, or the money back. The money will be available on your card/paypal account within 3-5 business days. You will receive a refund of the shipping cost in the event of a complaint.

PAYMENT

The seller may demand payment for the item from the time it is shipped from the seller to the buyer.

If the buyer uses a credit or debit card to pay, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged the same day the item is shipped.

When paying by invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued upon shipment of the goods. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt.

Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. sections 9 and 10 of the Consumer Act. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation.

FREIGHT

When ordering yarn, shipping costs 89 NOK. All prices include VAT.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the archipelago of Svalbard or Jan Mayen. If you place an order with a delivery address in one of these areas, the order will be cancelled and the order amount refunded.
